March 6, 2007 Board Meeting Agenda Item #10 Title APPROVAL OF SETTLEMENT Description The Youngs owned a parcel that is part of the eminent domain proceeding being pursued to acquire the land needed for the fifth North Port Elementary School.  This is a parcel where substantial construction had been completed on a house.  The Youngs have agreed to this resolution of the eminent domain case. Recommendation That the Board authorize counsel to agree to the stipulated final judgment with Barry and Patricia Young as presented.
